A Food COOP for Sierra Vista After one watches documentaries like King Corn and Food Inc, ones appetite for supermarket foods dissipates rapidly. Food coops, shopping places like the market in Bisbee brimming with fresh local produce, organic foods of all kinds, and fresh local stuff that traveled short distances to market. It's not been easy raising monies to start the SV Food Coop, but that's the way Project Manager and Marketing expert Amanda Baillie likes it. If anyone can pull it off in 2010, it is Amanda.
